Let me tell you a little bit more about myself and about my professional background.

I was born and raised in Poland where I have graduated in 2011 my master’s degree at University of Technology. In 2013 I have decided I needed a change, and I moved to Bristol in United Kingdom where I started my first job in storage and distribution sector.

Very quickly I became passionate about forklift equipment and in 2014 I have completed ITTSAR In House Instructor Training and started training other employees how to safely operate VNA, HLOP and Counterbalance Trucks.

Because I really enjoyed teaching others, I have also completed additional training on providing Correct Manual Handling Techniques, Emergency Evacuation Equipment, COSHH awareness and spill kits.

I then realised that Health and Safety is the other side of the medal, so I have become a qualified First Aider and Fire Warden. In 2016 I have completed Sustainable Safety Training and IOSH Working Safely Training, those were my first steps into Health and Safety world.

In 2018 I started working as a Health and Safety Coordinator and I have expanded my portfolio by adding IOSH Managing Health and Safety Certificate.

My H&S and Forklift Instructor journey has become more interesting and in 2019 I have achieved RTITB Lift Truck Operator Instructor Certificate, and I have completed additional equipment training for A1-A7 and D1-D2 categories.

In the meantime, I have also achieved SEMA Racking Inspection and Racking Maintenance certifications conducting racking inspections and maintenance for my employer. I have also prepared and delivered Fire Awareness Training sessions and PUWER training session.

As a H&S coordinator I have always placed safety as number one priority, and I have always demonstrated strong leadership in this area. I have prepared and conducted ISO 14001 and 45001 audits for my recent employer with great success for the business.

My newest achievements are NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety as well as staring my own business as a freelance instructor and H&S advisor.

As you can see from this short story, I have been instructing since 2014 and gradually building up my H&S skills to provide best quality services for you and your business.
